Who provides the service

DeckCount is provided by DeckCount L Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17493217, registered office First Floor, 3 Cumbrian House, 217 Marsh Wall, London E14 9FJ.

What the service is

DeckCount runs a real evaluation model against a sector rubric. The rubric reflects general iGaming diligence patterns and is a starting point for judgment, not a substitute for it. Valuation references are indicative sector multiples, not a valuation of any business.

DeckCount provides a structured review to support your own judgement. It is not investment advice or a valuation.

Your documents

You keep ownership of everything you submit, and you confirm you are entitled to submit it. Your documents are never kept; what is logged, and for how long, is set out in the privacy notice.

Plans and prices

Free: £0. Single review: £29 per deck. Angel / Fund: £179 per month, up to 15 decks, monthly, cancel anytime, with 10% off when paid annually up front. Fund / Enterprise: custom. Prices in GBP. Payments are taken securely by our payment provider. Refunds and cancellation are set out on the refunds page.

Access codes and accounts

An access code or a paid plan is for the person or firm it was issued to. Please do not share it; if it is used by others we may withdraw it.

Acceptable use

Use the service only to review material you are entitled to submit, and not to probe, copy or interfere with the service itself.

Liability

The review is produced by an automated model and may contain errors. Decisions you take on the strength of it are yours. Our liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the review or plan concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
